AGL 60 HCSTB

GL 60 HCSTB Custom Laminator for the manufacture of a vapor barrier film used in the roofing, concrete and paving industry. The top roll is 8.0” diameter x 68.0” chrome plated and equipped with internal electric heat and controls for ambient to 400° F operating temperatures. The bottom roll is an 8.0” x 68.0” roll face silicone rubber nip roll with internal electric heat and controls for ambient to 350° F operating temperatures.

This machine incorporates a 5.0” pneumatically controlled nip opening with spacer system and static bar.

This machine features variable speeds, from 3-120 FPM, and two unwind stations with a 24.0” diameter x 68” roll face maximum width. One rewind station with a 30.0” diameter maximum rewind capability. This machine incorporates transducer tension control utilizing pneumatic clutches and brakes for finite tension resolution.
