AGL Debuts New AGL Encore Laminator at the SGIA trade show

Advanced Greig Laminators (AGL), is introducing their newly redesigned Encore series laminator. The Encore incorporates features normally found on our high end laminators.

Features such as:

• Pneumatic control of all wind-up stations with interchangeable cores allowing for more precise film tension
• Proprietary nip roll design and the industries best heating and nip pressure design, we lead the industry with ease of use, consistent results and faster throughput
• Redesigned frame incorporating upgraded dead shaft idler rolls with SKF bearings providing less resistance to the throughput materials
• Lighter weight swing out shafts featuring easy core exchange without any tools
• Enhanced Autogrip core chuck addresses the issue of inside core variances commonly found with some cast vinyl manufacturers
  
  

AGL will be showcasing their popular Patriot and Compadre laminators. The Patriot is designed to specifically address the poor laminate adhesion and silvering issues associated with finishing UV, latex and solvent based printing technologies. AGL’s booth will allow customers to experience removable window adhesives with an interactive display. Also featured are our specialty laminating films including dry erase, anti-graffiti and polymeric air-egress media. These products can be seen at the SGIA show Booth Number 3563.
