Motorized side-lay assembly on the printed vinyl unwind allowing the machine operator to line up the vinyl with the over-laminate with ease and quickness. The side-lay assembly allows for the material to be shifted right or left with the push of a button. Another time saving feature is the manual in-line web cleaning assembly which continuously picks up dust and debris on the printed vinyl creating perfect lamination without imperfections.

The Fast-Trac 72 includes a ten-inch diameter steel, rubber covered nip roll assembly concentrically ground and finished yielding less print distortion and wrinkling.
