The AGL 14 industrial laminator is designed to laminate several layers of medical patch products in a clean room environment. This laminators prominent features include a compact design with a maximum roll face of 14 inches, an aluminum infeed table with RH and LH infeed guides and a pneumatically controlled nip roll assembly with removable spacer system for precise nip opening control. The “High Temp” silicone top and bottom laminating rolls allow for ambient to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This heated nip roll design incorporates concentrically ground top and bottom nip rolls that do not deflect and provides consistent heated downward pressure allowing this medical company to produce repeatable medical patches for the critical medical industry.
